Our experience with them was very positive. I would use them again. We used them years ago. Very friendly associates. Very prompt delivery. I have been very pleased. They basically said that we have to give adjustment time for the mattress. We have been very pleased with the mattress. They do have a return policy too. That was one of the things that we checked out. We don’t get complete money back. They give us a credit. Then if we want, we buy another mattress from them. But we can if we are not pleased after sixty days. They want to give it two months because they say that sometimes it takes two months to get accustomed to the mattress. We were very pleased. I don’t have anything really negative to say at all. With regard to price, we were expecting to spend money on this thing after forty five years with the other one.

The service was excellent and there was no pressure. The sales person was well informed and as much time as we wanted was spent looking at the different options. I was impressed that they offer a one year trial period, in which you can ask for a refund or exchange to a different brand of mattress all together. I would highly recommend them and was very impressed by their service. We bought the mattress and they offered same day deliver.
