Mattresses
The sale person, Shane, was pushy. Did not discuss during sale that frame was not included. Mattress arrived with no frame and delivery team did not have frame to add to purchase in truck. When I called the store - because of the late hour of delivery - there was 'nothing' to be done about the lack of frame. Home delivery was schedule between 6:00 and 9:00pm. Delivery team did arrive at 9:00pm. The mattress is wonderful - the sales / delivery process is lacking.

CAME RIGHT WHEN THEY SAID WERE GOING TO. DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I COULDN'T SAY MORE GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND HELPFUL. FULL SIZE, GUEST BED - NOT TOP OF THE LINE BUT PERFECT FOR US.
