It was a great experience. Matt was always quick to respond, always took time out of his day to answer our questions and walk us through some of the processes, and was always following up with us. We found the house of our dreams and sold our old house within a week--couldn't have asked for more! :)

Matt did a great job of helping us buy our first house. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of the area. He was early to every showing we had (and there were alot) and did a good job of suggesting houses to us as we were searching. Matt also has a great team of inspectors that are very thorough so you will have a very good idea of the condition of the house you are purchasing. We are happy with our purchase and love the home!

Couldn't have gone better!!!

We had to sell during bad time of the year, christmas holiday.Matt helped us all the way with informing us about timing of selling, clear through to closing. Our house sold in one day!! Yes one day on market had multiple offers, and sold it.
We moved out of state on closing day, Matt made sure all details were taken care of, and made the transfer very smooth.

Matt made the buying/selling experience as seamless as possible.  We received great advice and counseling and always felt like he, as our real estate agent, was looking out for our best interests.  We have worked with Matt before and would not hesitate to use him again.  He is always professional, courteous, respectful of our time, and extremely knowledgeable with the current housing market and trends.  We were in receipt of constant updates as the processes progressed.  We received timely responses, even when there was no news to report.  Matt went above and beyond his real estate duties.  He assisted contractors (to avoid a closing delay and a need to reschedule) by clearing snow in the front yard so utility/water lines could be found.  We never felt like we were unable to reach Matt, and if we had to leave a message, the call was promptly returned.  Matt had the "pleasure" of assisting us with 1) purchasing a bank-owned property and 2) purchasing a for sale by owner property.  Most agents would have passed, but Matt took on the tasks and we received the same level of professionalism and expertise as someone buying/selling a much more expensive property.  We do not expect to be moving again anytime soon, but when we do, we will definitely seek out Matt's services.  In the meantime, we continue to hand out Matt's name to family and friends.

Matt Jones was our realtor when we decided to sell our home and purchase a new one in April 2016.
