Tom Marvel with Marvel Tree Service. Fantastic work, Can cut down a huge
tree or just trim. Willing to advise. He does it the old fashioned way, climbing up them
like a monkey. It is fascinating to watch him work, like an acrobat. And
his prices are a third of the bigger companies. His crew does a very
nice cleanup and they will do all sorts of other extras while on site.
I will definitely use him again and refer him to anyone. But he gets booked up quickly,
so know that it could be a couple months before he can get to you, but it is worth the wait.
He will cut the wood an leave if requested. And cleanup was done well

Tom Marvel walked us through a number of options for saving parts of a very large elm tree.  We decided to remove the tree and thought the price was excellent given the size of the tree.  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, completed all cutting, removed the stump, and cleaned up the area.  They were polite, efficient, and easy to work with.  We would definitely use them agai

It was a positive experience and I didn't have any problem with them. They were very friendly and easy to do business with. I would have liked the cleanup to have been a little nicer. It was fine and certainly acceptable, but it was not stellar. They tended to do a good job on the trees though. I wouldn’t consider them the very top notch of the group because the cleanup could have been a little bit better. My expectations may have been higher than what they do. They were punctual. The price seemed to be fair and I didn’t have any problem with it. They were fine as far as what they did with the trees. They were totally professional. I would hire them again because I was happy.

We had to wait awhile forTom, but his service was worth the wait. The job was done quickly and the cleanup was very thorough. We have used him before and will definitely use him again in the future.

Overall the experience was great! Tom Marvel is very professional and knowledgeable. Tom arrived on time to give us a free estimate. He went over, in detail, all of the work that he and his crew would be doing. Tom answered every question we had. He took time to explain the process he uses to make sure the work is done safely. Marvel Tree Service wasn't the lowest bid nor was it the highest bid. We received 5 bids and Toms bid, and another company's, was exactly in the middle. We chose Marvel Tree Service because of the customer service Tom gave us. Tom called the night before to confirm the appointment. Tom and his crew arrived on time the next morning. They began, in the back yard, with the removal of the first tree. They moved all of our lawn furniture as to avoid it from being damaged. We went with Tom's suggestion to leave different layers to the tree stump so we could put decorative flower pots and they look amazing!!! When they were done they moved the furniture back! They also trimmed a tree in our back yard. When they were done trimming and removing all the limbs from the ground, his crew raked the area picking up additional leaves and twigs. They moved to the front yard and began trimming two trees. Once they were done with the trimming of trees they began removing the second tree. The tree in the front yard was cut to the ground. The stump remains and it's the perfect spot for a small outdoor table. Just like in the back yard, they moved any furniture, flower pots or children's toys that might be in the way or at risk of being damaged. When the project was done, everything was put back to its original location. Tom and his crew cleaned the front yard just as good as they did in the back yard. Raking the yard picking up any twigs or leaves left behind. They left no mess at all! During the day at any time we went outside to watch the progress Tom explained what they were doing to each particular tree. His crew was respectful to us and our property. Never once did we hear a curse word. We would use Marvel Tree Service again! We have given his name out to several friends and neighbors.

Did a great job. Work performed on time, as promised. Owner had great suggestions as to what needed to be done. Would use them again without hesitation.

I arranged for a free estimate on a Saturday and Tom was on time. He walked my property with me and I explained the trimming that I had in mind. He agreed with what I wanted to have done and offered suggestions on another tree that could be trimmed. He said that he could get to my job in 1-2 weeks if I decided to allow him to do the work. After a call offering the work to him, I was called the day before he scheduled the service which was within the 1-2 week period. Tom performed all of the work above my expectations and did an excellent job of taking all of the debris with him leaving a very clean yard. I would highly recommend his company to anyone. His estimate was the lower of the two bids that I received.

Tom really knows trees. These old elms had been very badly pruned in the past, but Tom fixed them up so they look good now. He and his crew were very professional.

HE DOES A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY CLEAN UP AND HAUL EVERYTHING AWAY.

TOM TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK. WE HAVE HIRED OTHER TREE SERVICES, BUT THIS IS THE BEST. FAIR PRICES, AND THEY CLEANED UP VERY BIT OF BRUSH AND LEAVES THAT WERE LEFT IN THE YARD.
