 + -1 moreScheduled an appointment to discuss mortgage services. When I arrived, not only had Rick forgotten about the appt., but he answered 7 phone calls in 15 minutes, and then actually picked up the phone and made a phone call. When asked a question, the majority of my answers were interrupted/cut off, by the broker, never allowing me the opportunity to give pertinent information. He asked when I would like him to follow up, and I said the next day...it's been 3 weeks with no attempts by Rick to contact me. Very unprofessional in every way.
Description of Work: I did not follow through with hiring this company for mortgage services, due to their unprofessionalism.

 + -1 moreFour months later, we discovered that the promise of wiping off negative accounts that weren't ours from our credit report wasn't done. Provider's jittery personality made us feel as if we were dealing with a stereotyped ''used car salesman'', and not a mortgage professional. Phone calls were not returned promptly. Closing of new home loan was complete, but we wonder if we will find out any other surprises as we live with the loan.
Description of Work: Refinance of home loan. This mortgage banker was recommended from a friend as a broker with several sources of loans. His phone quote of loan rates with our excellent credit rating increased with every contact, as per market rates. Our first meeting made us feel as if provider was a bit scattered and not sure (competent)in details. We did complete our home loan and applied for an open line of credit, and in turn, the provider offered to contact credit reporting bureaus to remove some negative accounts that didn't belong to us. At closing, all details seemed to be complete.
