Scheduled an appointment to discuss mortgage services. When I arrived, not only had Rick forgotten about the appt., but he answered 7 phone calls in 15 minutes, and then actually picked up the phone and made a phone call. When asked a question, the majority of my answers were interrupted/cut off, by the broker, never allowing me the opportunity to give pertinent information. He asked when I would like him to follow up, and I said the next day...it's been 3 weeks with no attempts by Rick to contact me. Very unprofessional in every way.

Four months later, we discovered that the promise of wiping off negative accounts that weren't ours from our credit report wasn't done. Provider's jittery personality made us feel as if we were dealing with a stereotyped ''used car salesman'', and not a mortgage professional. Phone calls were not returned promptly. Closing of new home loan was complete, but we wonder if we will find out any other surprises as we live with the loan.
