Very responsive to my requests. Very prompt. If my regular cleaner is unavailable, they always send someone equally as good who has cleaned for us previously.

We gave instructions for everything we wanted cleaned and then left the house so we would not be in the way. When we came home later we found they had not cleaned the floors and some other addtional areas that were very obvious, there was still spilled milk on the floor. We contacted them to let them know and they did come back out re-clean. However, were we headed out of town on a 10 hour drive and since we had to stick around longer than we scheduled to have them re-clean this through off our entire traveling schedule.

I called and scheduled a date for service. The women came at the specified time. While trying to give more specific directions,
the language barrier was a little trying so there was a couple of things that i had to touch-up but all in all I was pleased.

I also really appreciate the professionalism of MaidPro. The person who scheduled my service discussed with me how I can get the very most of their cleaning service. I like that I received an e-mail with a welcome packet (gave my peace of mind since I could cancel or rearrange the service date within 48 hours of my scheduled appointment and they are licensed and insured). I get a phone call the day before to confirm the schedule and a call after my clean to make sure I was satisfied with their work. The cleaning is as good as the first time I hired them.
