+ -1 moreGene served as our owner's rep on the completion of a 120,000 SF high rise that required numerous design changes during construction; he redesigned floor plans for cottage units that were combined with others or required a completely new floor plan; he selected and recommended construction and design elements for numerous projects throughout the campus; he worked with subcontractors and suppliers to assure value and quality. Gene has a terrific eye for design and color. He is creative in finding layout/design solutions to meet the needs of the customer. Finished projects have been well-received by professionals and occupants alike. I would highly recommend Gene as a consultant.
Description of Work: We used Gene's architectural services over a 4 year period for numerous projects throughout a 100-acre retirement community of 1,000,000+ square feet.
