I keep using them because they are trustworthy and do very good work. They come on time and are flexible with scheduling if you need to cancel.

This was the WORST house cleaning I've ever had! Everything is cleaned with a wet cloth including your wood furniture unless you specifically tell them to use furniture polish - and then you must provide the polish. While they rinsed their cloths a lot in the sink, they left smeary streaks on every reflective surface in the house (mirrors, vases, etc) so I'm assuming Windex isn't in their supplies either. They were supposed to clean and disinfect bathrooms, but they only wiped out sinks and tubs with damp cloths, never turned on the water, and never cleaned out soap scum from around the tub or in the soap dishes or off the faucets. My shower, which is completely tile, never saw a drop of water either. Every room received minimal dusting, but several pieces of furniture missed, mantel missed, picture frames missed. They mopped my wood floor with water. I had asked them to use Pledge Floor Polish (which I provided) but they apparently weren't familiar with it and dumped an entire bottle of it in a bucket of water and proceeded to mop. When I discovered what they had done, they DID redo the wood floors with another bottle of polish that I provided. It wasn't until they had driven away that I discovered the 5 bathrooms hadn't been cleaned so I had to do those myself. I phoned the office to complain about the miserable job and received an apology and an assurance that she would send out an adjustment since there wasn't time before my Open House to redo it. However, I've never received any refund.

We have been happy with the cleaning services (as of this date, they have cleaned for us every two weeks for five months). On this day, I was home to receive a shipment, and had the opportunity to observe the cleaning, which is why I chose now to write a review.
The scheduler calls the day before to let us know approximately what time they will be at the house, and she is very personable. I appreciate this call a lot, and this is the first company we have used that does this.
They send a crew of four (sometimes fewer, I think) to clean, and do a good job of cleaning. They are very quick (many hands, etc.). They have gotten better over the last few months at returning objects to the spot they found them (the toaster gets moved, the bath scale is in a different spot, etc.), which annoyed us early on. We have noticed a ring around the tub, or some mildew in the shower as our cleaning day approaches, but after they have been, it is gone. I expect this is normal, especially going two weeks between cleanings.
We also try to pay attention to the state of the workers with the cleaning services we hire, and I met some of the cleaners this time. They did not seem dispirited or unwilling to work. We have fired cleaning services before if we felt they were not treating their employees well.
Lulu and Mimi's haven't been blow-my-socks-off spectacular, but the house is certainly clean. Other companies we have used have left mints, or folded the toilet paper "all fancy-like", but I'm not convinced they have left the house significantly cleaner. Lulu and Mimi's feels a little rougher around the edges, but we like their local nature.
We will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Initial cleaning was good, but second cleaning left a lot to be desired. Cleaning product was applied to wood surfaces, but not rubbed in. Dusting missed lamp shades, picture frames, and was generally inconsistent. When I called the owner to discuss, she did not offer to re-do the job or refund any of the fee.

The company worked to fit me in with short notice. The three people who came to clean were on time, worked hard the whole time, and listened to what I needed done. They worked very hard on my bathrooms, trying different cleaners to get rid of built up lime deposits and stains. I was extremely pleased and would use them again. They charged from when they drove in my driveway until they drove away, which surprised me, but this was the first time I had used a service, so maybe this is standard.

THEY CLEANED MY HOUSE FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON CLEANING, BUT SOMETIMES OVERLOOKED CERTAIN AREAS. WHEN I CALLED THE AREAS TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY WERE CLEANED. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH REPEATED SCRAPES AND SCRATCHES TO MY BANISTER AND IT TOOK AN INORDINATE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THEM TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. I NOW HAVE A SIGNIFICANTLY MARRED BANISTER. ONE DAY I WILL HAVE IT REPAIRED. DESPITE THIS FACT, I FEEL THAT THEY DO A GOOD JOB IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER CLEANING SERVICES I'VE UTILIZED IN THE PAST.
