Really nice people. Allowed me to take home the cabinet handles I would like, and told me to come back when I decided which one I liked. He completely trusted me, and that is unheard of in business. Advised me of what screws to use. I dealt with 3 different people and they all have the mindset of taking care of the customer first!

We went to the store on 4-23-11 and selected 5 different knobs that we wanted to bring home and try out. We were prepared to pay for these "test knobs" but the counterman said we could take up to 6 samples and try them, no charge. He didn't even ask our name or phone number because, as he said, "It's on the "honor system." We just hope you will end up buying your cabinet hardware from us." I was REALLY impressed by that. He also said, "We do expect you to open the packages and install the samples." We quickly made a choice and I went back on Monday, 4-25. We needed 25 knobs and they had 16 in stock so ordered the balance for us. They called on Friday, 4-29, and the rest of the knobs were already in. The knobs we chose were distressed copper and among their more expensive ones, $4.40 each. But, a very similar knob on-line was $5.38 and we would have had to pay shippping. HD and Lowe's didn't even have anything as nice. We purchased some hinges from Locks and Pulls a few years ago and they were very helpful - kept us from buying a hinge that would not have worked on our cabinet door configuration. They have a lot of cool stuff in stock and can order literally hundreds of different styles of knobs, locks, pulls, hinges, switch plates, towel bars, etc. Great prices and good people!

Locks and Pulls is very easy to deal with. The staff is knowledgeable and will find out what they don't know. They have a huge selection of cabinet pulls, door knobs, and a lot of other hardware. Although they are not especially inexpensive, they have a very wide variety of product prices and can steer you to a cheaper product if you like.
