The process was very swift and comfortable for my wife and I. Fantastic! Jeff Serven at LeaderOne Financial is AMAZING!
My previous lender was incompetent to say the least and wasted a lot of time. Jeff was recommended by a friend after venting my frustrations about the previous lender. Jeff met with me the same day, at about 8PM, in order to begin the loan process. Due to paying numerous extensions with the previous lender, Jeff did everything possible to close on our new home in the fastest possible time. I am amazed how fast he was able to get everything done.
Jeff was quick to respond to any question or concern with knowledgable answers. Anyone that has ever bought a home knows that problems come up and nothing ever goes and quot;as plannedand quot;. The entire team at LeaderOne took care of us and made sure that we were able to get the home we want. Thank you Jeff and LeaderOne for everything!
