I worked with Greg Hollenbeck. I am very pleased with my results and highly recommend Greg. He has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and is very knowledgeable about body mechanics. He is an excellent listener – he changed up my exercises often based on my feedback. He is very forthright about expectations. Easy to work with and always encouraging … and fun to boot. Two specific high points worthy of mention … appts w/Greg were always one-on-one and I didn’t feel like I was given an ‘off-the-shelf’ program. He paid close attention that the muscles that were supposed to be working were actually working. If I wasn’t doing an exercise correctly, he stuck with me until he was sure I was getting the intended benefit. OR if he determined I didn’t have the strength to do an exercise correctly, he scrapped it for the time being. The personal attention made all the difference. I did 5 mo of therapy – initially 2x wk, then 1x wk and finally every other wk. The nerve pain I was experiencing is completely gone, I have great range of motion, much improved strength and for the most part don’t think about my injured shoulder. I feel like I’m pretty much back to life as I knew it before injury/surgeries. Even though I’ve been ‘released’ I continue to work on strength building by doing my regimen daily.

Since I had successful PT with Danny five years ago after my right hip replacement, I didn't hesitate to return this time after my left hip needed replacement. His measured and individualized approach worked wonders both times. It helped to build up strength and mobility and I am totally pain-free. Between both surgeries I also returned several times for personal training and will continue to do so. Danny gives me several sets of exercises I can do at my local gym or at home, and it is fun to notice so much progress.

This was my fifth surgery on the same shoulder and I have bad nerve damage, so I've had lots of physical therapy. This was the very best I've had. My physical therapist (Greg Hollenbeck) completely customized the program so it would be effective for me. We spoke about realistic goals. I wasn't seeking increased range of motion, just a bit of pain relief. He explained that so many of the muscles that were supposed to support basic movement had atrophied, and it would take some time and effort to retrain and strengthen them.  He gave me a home exercise program, but when I went back a few days later, I reported that the pain had intensified. He  immediately switched the exercises and worked on calming things back down. On the next few visits, I couldn't even find the muscle he wanted me to engage, but eventually (I saw him twice a week for about 2 months and then 1x/week for a month), he helped me improve my mechanics and now I can move my arm without difficulty.

My daughter loved the instruction she received from Danny and Erin.  Since both her father and sister have torn ACL's we wanted to try and prevent it in our younger daughter.  Pre- and post-testing was performed and explained so we understood what was accomplished.  My daughter enjoyed it and was disappointed when she wasn't available the next time this training was offered.  Both Danny and Erin work well with  teenagers making the workout enjoyable and even fun.  We were finally available for another round of training summer of 2014.  My daughter was disappointed when she found out it would only be once a week this time instead of twice a week (not enough enrolled in the other day to make a class).

Danny and Erin and both wonderful.  Aside from two ACL surgeries I have had, my 17 year old daughter had ACL surgery and used Laughlin for PT before and after her surgery.  They are very knowledgeable and have great "bed side" manners.  They are friendly, personable, and easy to talk to.  They explain everything clearly.

He was great. He did his evaluation, pinpointed my pain, and explained exactly what the cause was. I understand this can't happen with everyone, but he truly was the only one to relieve my headaches. It was nerve pain that no pain med would touch, and his simple exercises made a dramatic improvement.

A pain management doctor prescribed physical therapy for a problem I've been having with my lower back and right leg after a surgeon determined that surgery wasn't needed at this time. It's affecting the way I walk and has started causing problems with my left knee, too. I told the doctor I knew who to go to for PT.
The lower back problem has been chronic but intermittent, and I went to Danny for PT a few years ago. I had such good results that I didn't hesitate to go back to him. The intermittent back problem became a constant one many months ago, and I wanted to be sure I would get results from physical therapy. My first appointment was April 2. Danny listened carefully as I recounted the history, asked questions and tested me, and determined what needed to be done. He explains what the exercises are trying to accomplish, and how they work.
I've been to 3 appointments and I'm starting to see results. In fact, I limped in today, but after doing simple exercises, walked out without a problem.
I like to think of Danny as "my" physical therapist.

I don't think it could have gone better.  Danny is very knowledgeable and he showed me how to use a routine of stretches to build up the muscle around my lower spine.  The results have been great.  No more pain and I'm back to full activity!

My wife was the first client at Laughlin Physical Therapy. Danny and Erin Laughlin have great educations, Dr.s in Physical Therapy, very talented therapist and great people. Unfortunately my wife has had many physical therapists over the years and she says Danny is the very best she's ever had. I recently have had a reason for physical therapy and Danny has been great. We have sent several friends to the Laughlins - all with great results.  Danny is also a certified Titelist Golf trainer and has improved the golf game of two friends while working on their hip replacement therapy! The Laughlins have my very highest rating for Angies list and my gratitude for their help!

Wonderful. We met and they came up with a plan of care which was implemented. I was given a list of exercises to do and appropriate therapy bands. If something wasn't working right or I had any questions, they were right on it. i have been to other PT groups and they are very hard to get ahold of or you are given several different PTs depending on your schedule, some of who  give you conflicting instructions. Erin and Danny own the business and have a genuine concern for their clients.

Danny Laughlin and also his wife Erin have a doctorate in physical therapy and are really up-to-date regarding the latest training methods. A few days after my hip replacement surgery I had my first session. I came in with a walker and an hour later left with only a cane. He is very thorough and knows exactly how much he can push you. Two days later, after my second session, I left without a cane! The targeted and individualized therapy sessions worked wonders and I regained my strength within a very short time.
I am looking forward to every session and the resulting progress!
At my two-week follow-up visit, my surgeon also commented on my fast progress and the quality of the rehab program by Laughlin Performance & Physical Therapy.
