Pool and Spa Servicing
They were referred to us by a friend. 1st year their service was great, including summary lesson on pool maintenance. Second & third seasons have gone downhill, especially on punctuality and responsiveness. After being one hour late for scheduled appointment, called twice and got voice mail before they showed 3 hours later. After draining winter chemicals and filling water, they disappeared for 1.5 days. After calling twice and getting voice mail again, they finally showed. $400 for motor seems high but we have no frame of reference.

THEY DO AN OK JOB OVERALL, BUT I FEEL THEY ARE OVER PRICED FOR THE SERVICES. I WAS DISAPPOINTED LAST YEAR ON THEIR RESPONSIVENESS.
