GARY THE TECH GUY WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS PROFESSIONAL, GENERALLY ON TIME. HE EVEN CARRIED THE OLD PRINTER TO THE GARAGE FOR US TO DISPOSE OF PROPERLY. HE CERTAINLY SEEMED TO KNOW HIS WAY AROUND THE COMPUTER.
