Jose Pepper's

Everyone loved their food! It went very smoothly. The cost was much more reasonable compared to other places and it wasn't the same old boring buffet stuff. It went a lot smoother than trying to get Angies List to work, that was the hardest part.

They are excellent. They are fast on the service. The food quality is unbelievably good. We have had good experiences, but some of the restaurants were awful.

Met at the door and seated promptly. Waitress service was marginal with infrequent visits. Food was fair at best in taste and quality.

I very highly recommend the Jose Pepper's in Belton, Missouri (about 25 minutes away). The manager there (John) makes the rounds on each of 5 previous visits with most of the customers to insure good service and quality. The manager at this Jose Pepper's compared to the other 3 Jose Pepper's in the area including this store are rarely seen and never visit customers. Food quality and service are and quot;5 Starand quot; quality compared to and quot;2 Starand quot; at the other locations. Many people we talk to have this same opinion about the Belton store being the best by far. The menu's are the same but that is where the similarities end. In addition and very important the Belton store people are friendly and very nice. Other locations the customers are just a number (another and quot;Joeand quot;) with near none existent service at each of these non-Belton locations.

After browsing at a furniture mart in the outskirts of Overland Park KS my son, wife and I got hungry. We were looking for a Mexican restaurant around there but the only one there was Chipotle. My son recommended going there and I thought ok. However as soon as we got inside we noticed that the place had really bad seating and there were not that many seats. So my son didn't want to eat there and he changed his mind. Then we decided that we can try Jose Peppers for Mexican and went to this restaurant instead. Upon arrival we noticed that the place was not that busy and we got a good parking spot next to some employees working there. We got a great table and our waitress name was Katie. Katie was friendly, happy and wanted to serve us. She took our drink orders brought them back and took our lunch requests. We all ordered the same dish. I noticed that this was a full service restaurant. The waitress was different than the person who actually brought us our meals. Even the drinks were handled and brought to us by a different person aside from the waitress. All of the servers looked happy and wanting to work there. The food timing upon delivery to our table, taste, the music sound and the atmosphere was excellent. The portion of the food was great. Katie was observant regarding the Chips and Salsa and came to the table right away when she noticed that they needed replacement. Overall the quality of the meal was great. I would recommend other Angie's List members to try out this Mexican restaurant.
