The work is excellent and am satisfied with all that has been done.

Jonas finished three days early and came in under budget. The tile is really beautiful, small hexagons on the floor and subway tile in the bath enclosure. He replaced the light fixture/fan, installed my new medicine cabinet, arranged for the electrician and plumber to do their parts, and all the way through conferred with me on ways to save money. For example, the stems and valves in the tub were fine, no reason to replace. The under-sink cabinet looks great with just a new coat of paint. He also did little extras, like adding some missing supports for the exhaust pipe for my tankless water heater--totally unrelated to the job, but I was so thankful he spotted that and fixed it for me. He is also extremely careful with the parts of my house that weren't being demolished. He used floor mats, swept up every day, draped everything with plastic, closed off rooms so they wouldn't get dusty. Really nice work, really nice guy.
