JOHNSON COUNTY ALARM SYSTEMS INC

I moved into my house and November 2022 Arnold started the project and got halfway finished with it in January 2023. He then abandoned the project and I never heard back from him until two weeks ago at which point I told him that I did not want to continue doing business with him and I did not want him to put up the cameras that were left that I had been researching other companies. He suggested that he come out and we start Over And move forward. I told him I did not want to move forward with a contractor that would simply abandon my project for 11 months considering that I had an incident where my alarm went off, and the system was not monitored. I had to call the police myself they arrived. We tested the system and no calls went to the monitoring company or to the police station. I do not recommend Arnold or Johnson County Alarm systems, which is unfortunate because I used them at my previous residence. He has now turned off my thermostat and my doorbell camera. Again this is 11 months going on 12 months.

. Arnold , the owner, was able to take over our alarm system that was previously installed  6 
years ago by Monitronics.  We had never heard from the company after the contract was signed, so it was a no brainer to switch to Johnson County Alarms.    I do believe he needed to replace the motherboard, or perhaps the control panel to make it all work.  He is absolutely the most knowledgeable I have ever talked to in this field.  He is also the hardest working guy I have ever met.  If you have a problem,  he is on it with minutes!   We had a battery die in a 6 year old smoke alarm from the previous provider...  and he was on it instantly with a replacement batter!.   They are amazing and certainly raise the bar for others in this service.  His fee's, in my opinion, are very reasonable,  but frankly, I am all about service, and they truly are the best.

Mr Ginsberg was very punctual and efficient.  They called me back promptly and came out the day after I called them.  I appreciated their high level of customer service.

It went very well.  They were prompt, clean, professional.  They did exactly what they said they would do and there were no hidden charges.

They have a pretty good system. I've used their services for the last 25 years. If I burn a piece of toast, they'll call and make sure everything's OK. Cost reflects yearly maintenance cost.

ARNOLD CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE TO EXPLAIN THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE, (PRACTICALLY PAYS FOR ITSELF BECAUSE WE GET A DISCOUNT ON OUR HOME OWNERS INSURANCE FOR AN ALARM SYSTEM).

THE ONLY COMPANY I FOUND TO LEASE THE SYSTEM WHICH WAS VERY CONVENIENT. THEY CHANGED THE TIMES TO INSTALL AND FINALIZE THE SYSTEM A COUPLE TIMES, BUT THAT WAS OK AS I WAS FREE AND FLEXIBLE WITH MY SCHEDULE. THE ALARM DOES A GOOD JOB OF MEETING MY NEEDS.

MR. ARNOLD IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT SECURITY SYSTEMS AND SEEMS TO HOLD HIS STAFF TO VERY HIGH STANDARDS. MONITORING PERSONS HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN OUR ALARM HAS SOUNDED, CALLING WITHIN 1-2 MINUTES. ON ONE OCCASION, THE ALARM TRIPPED WHILE WE WERE NOT HOME, PERSONNEL CALLED EVERYONE ON OUR LIST INCLUDING DAUGHTER IN NYC (AFTER CALLING THE POLICE). THEY TREAT EACH EPISODE AS IF IT IS A REAL EMERGENCY NEVER JUST ASSUMING IT IS AN ACCIDENT. I FEEL QUITE SAFE.
