J's Carpet showed up on time. Performed the stretching job with professional skill. I will call them again. I highly recommend them.

Our dog managed to tear a couple holes in our carpet while we were on vacation. I checked around and luckily found J’s Floor service. He did an amazing job and can’t even tell there was a hole where there used to be one. I highly recommend him and will be using him going forward with any carpet repair we need.

Could not have had a better experience with J's Floor Service. It turned out that the runners we purchased (needed two for the length of the staircase) were not the same size, and our stairs themselves differ in size from bottom to top. Customer service was impeccable, and the job was completed perfectly - even with all of the unforeseen obstacles. He did not leave until the job was completed at the highest of standards. We have already recommended J's to a few friends, and would definitely hire again! Amazing value for the services offered.

Jordan was beyond amazing! He took his time and had us walk around the areas multiple times to make sure he fixed every single squeak. He then took a small piece of carpet from the back of one of the guest room closets to seamlessly fix the hole and tack strip in the dining room. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use him again! He is also extremely nice and gave a very good price!

Jordan did fantastic on the entire job! We are still talking about how great everything looks including the removal of a couple of stains on our stairs. The carpet from our water damaged basement now looks as good as new thanks to Jordan. Even though Jordan is a young man, we were instantly impressed by his knowledge, confidence and desire to do an excellent job. Jordan is very responsible and cares about his work product, a rarity these days. For example, Jordan went the extra mile to make sure our basement carpet was repaired properly, which included having to work with carpet pad that was improperly removed by a contractor after the flood and having to move workout equipment. Jordan uses the encapsulation method to clean carpeting. Thanks to Jordan, the carpets now look as good as new – much better than shampooing. We liked the results so much we plan to have Jordan come back to clean the carpets in other rooms of the house and possibly stretch the carpet in one room. We highly recommend Jordan!
