They just did a really good job. I didn’t have to move anything. I have a big elliptical and a treadmill down there. He put pads underneath everything. The price was great. He was great.

A 4 inch round pink spot appeared in living room after they left. (Evidently an old wine stain surfaced). They returned and remedied the problem at no extra cost.

They just did a very good job for me. Overall, I am pretty pleased with the experience.

Being in great need of our carpets being cleaned, Mike came over and did a fantastic job! He attentively listened to my concerns and gave me fair pricing.  We had been out of town a couple of weeks and our dogs hadn't been taken care of properly.  They never come upstairs, but they did while we were gone and "had a party" and relieved themselves whenever and often.   Mike was able to restore our home in a short amount of time.  Will definitely use again!  They use the same products and tools as a competitor that charges about twice as much.  Also, he accidentally broke a jar and promptly told me about it.  Truly, the jar wasn't important to me but he said, "Well, it is important to me."  I appreciated his integrity, character and diligence.  He decided to clean my stairs free of charge since he broke it! Great customer-focus.

This company does a great job. They always show up on time and do quick, thorough work. Steam cleaning is great, but if you haven't had it done before, it is very different from chemical carpet cleaning. Done in a regular basis, it gives a nice result. Know in advance that your carpets will need time to dry, that old stains may surface that need to be readdressed, and that it can be done very thouroughly without taking a lot of time.  We have used this company for over ten years for our carpet, rugs, upholstery, and tiled showers with great results at home, and we use them for our office too.

We booked the appointment 48 hours in advance. A young man showed up on time as scheduled.  He walked through the areas to make sure he understood our concerns and that they were addressed.  He started by applying (sprayed) a pre-treatment.  The cleaning unit is a large truck-mounted unit and long hoses are used to access the home.  97% of the noise was kept outside.  The finished product was outstanding and the gentleman doing the work was courteous.  He didn't try to sell us things we didn't request or didn't need.

The team arrived. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. THOROUGHLY cleaned my carpet and sofa. I have used them several times, the best I have used. The owner actually comes to do the cleaning, he is a perfectionist. Very pleased.
