Great and positive experience purchasing my Toshiba from this company. They were very helpful. They have wonderful costumer service. I will be returning for any future needs.

We found the service department to be very helpful with regard to finding the problem with our laptop. The difficulty came when we purchased an inexpensive ASUS X54C to be our replacement at their recommendation. First let me say that we went to Hypertech Computers because we felt we wanted to work with real people. Up until this time we have always purchased our computers from Tiger Direct. The computer was trouble from the start and Hypertech would do nothing to help us because we no longer had the original packaging. A mistake, I know, but there it is. One of the people helping was especially immovable and unhelpful. And to be fair, one young woman tried to follow up but could not help us because we did not have the original packaging. Really, we had high hopes for being involved with a local business. We will not recommend this business. Why would we? We can go on-line and do much better.

Hypertech totally took care of me. i was charged a small up front fee covering the initial diagnostics. I was presented with my repair options in a timely that were very reasonably priced. Don't let the age of the repair staff bother you. These kids really know what they are doing. They were helpful and friendly, even addressing me as MR. XXX. I had my computer back in less than three days. WTG Hypertech.
P.S. I've been a customer buying parts and equipment for over ten years. I totally love this company.

My laptop keyboard was damaged (several keys/key fasteners broken or ripped from the keyboard) when something frightened my dog as he lay next to me on the sofa. I was using the laptop at the time and he dug into the keyboard as he jumped and ran. I went to Hypertech Computers based on a review I read on Angie's List. The shop was busy with customers which I viewed as a good sign. They were prompt, cheerful and courteous. Because of the significan damage to the keys and the keyboard, the broken keys could not be replaced. The laptop needed a new keyboard, which would need to be ordered. I was told it would arrive in 2 weeks, they would call me and in the meantime I could use my laptop (as best I could). Two weeks later they called to tell me the keyboard was in. I took my laptop back and the new keyboard was in place approximately 15 minutes later. Again the shop was busy with customers. I would use them again because they know what they're doing and they do what they say they will. My contact person was Terry and I was very impressed with him.

I brought in two computers. They got to work on the first that day, giving me all costs up front. They called me that afternoon to let me know it was complete, the minute it was finished, I so appreciated that! The completed job was at a far lower cost than the competitors.. The second computer they could not repair for a good price, so they called competitors to see if someone else could - who does that?! I ended up having to send it to the manufacturer, noone could fix it for lower. They did not charge me for the analysis of the problem or all the research they did for me on the 2nd machine. I received excellent work, fast turnaround, very fair pricing, on-top information, and superb customer care. I have complete confidence in this team. Thanks so much guys!
