Bryan told us what to fix in the house to increase the value and by doing what he said, we increased the list price by more than double what we had to spend to do it. On the listing day we had sixty showings and eight offers with the highest being 20k over list price. Bryan and his team are very responsive. If you ever need to sell or buy a house, the Huff Group is your best choice!!

From the very beginning of the process, Brian and his team were prompt, professional, and responsive. The Huff group bring out their own staging specialist as well as a professional photographer to ensure our home showed in the best way possible. Questions were answered promptly and Brian walked us through each of the steps involved with successfully selling a home.

The Huff Group was amazing to work with and did a fantastic job! We sold our home in 4 days for asking price. They negotiated our new build for a great price and negotiated the contract to ensure it was all in our best interest. They are amazing at what they do and amazing people. 3 years later we've had several friends/family use the Huff Group as well and it is always a superb experience. We continue to recommend them to all our friends and family as we know no one else will take care of them like the Huff Group.
