One would be far better off going to Home Depot for quality, delivery and customer service.
I knew that I was in trouble when the owner demanded payment in full before the cabinets came off the truck.
 Besides late delivery, the biggest issues were the cabinet construction and finish.
 1)  Cabinet Construction
      Drawers were to be dove tail joints - they are butt joints
      Some doors had a reveal, others did not
      Kitchen sink was to be centered on window - It is off by over 2"
      Sidewalls were to be plywood - they were cheap / thin particle board
      Shelves in one cabinet had to be cut as they would not fit inside the cabinet
      Some shelves are plywood, others are particle board
       
 2) Cabinet Finish
     Stained cabinets  had little to no lacquer on the edges of the doors.
     There is dirt in the finish on the door fronts
      Painted cabinets had big finger prints in the finished door fronts
      Scrapes on the back of the doors where they had been placed while the paint was still wet
       Cream Paint color not close to the color specified

Went poorly. Very unresponsive and unprofessional. Owner would not talk on the phone to us. Would not complete the work or repair the poorly installed cabinets. It was necessary to hire others to complete the job which stretched out for months over which time we could not use our kitchen.
