Due to foundation issues, both patio doors were off kilter. John quickly adjusted both so they would close completely and lock.

The only thing is he didn't clean up after his work. I had to do. He said he was late to another appointment. Well that's not my responsibility. I would have given him a higher rating had he cleaned up. So tell them to clean up!!!

Had to have a glass window pane replaced in an old wooden window frame. John was sent out, he measured the window and came back the next day to install the new glass. This involved removing the storm window and screen and putting it back. I was charged their minimum service charge of $150 plus the cost of the glass ($8.75). Another Handyman type company quoted $515 for the same job. John knew what he was doing, did a good job and cleaned up. Needless to say I'm pleased with Handyman Connection and plan to have them back to do a few more things.

I expected someone appearance and looked unprofessional and no tools to install a door and didn't caulk and made a mess, used deck screws and ruined molding and frame and used them for a dead bult. Never finished the job. Just wanted to get to his next job.
