HAMMER TIME CONSTRUCTION

He was so bad that he refunded our money. I hate to hurt the guy but he really fell apart on us. We have an older home which was built in the 30s and the previous owners took wonderful care of it. The wood windows had some wood rot, and he replaced the wood with cheap wood which was sliced, and he last told us that he was not able to do it,and he did not have the skills to do it. It was very poorly done, and he did not install the glass in an appropriate way which is bad.

The project started in Spring of 2013.  At the time the project started, they had a team of about 4 guys (2 leads, Brandon and another gentleman). The other gentleman was the lead of tiling and framing.  The guys came every day and were pretty easy to work with. except the other lead. By the end of the project he was no longer with them. We were satisfied with everything except the tiling. It was not level and the grout lines of varying sizes. Then in Fall of 2014 (over 1 year later) I called Brandon to come back and fix tiles that had chipped or cracked and replace the grout that had come loose. When Brandon came he admitted that the work was not done properly and not to his standard and recommended to redo the floor. We agreed to this Fantastic solution!! Brandon supplied the things needed which included the new heating element.  He also donated a week of his time with two other guys.  They setup plastic barriers to cut back on the dust, removed all the existing tile and took it all the way down to the subfloor to start completely from scratch. They completed the job in a week with making touch ups and cleaning. Brandon is a great guy and stands behind his work.

Fired this man last night - would never recommend him to do any job

He had done repairs on our house when the previous owners were moving out. He was very honest and the nicest guy. He was very reasonable in his price estimates, other plumbers would have quoted a lot more.
