I have used them about the last 10 years. They do a good job when they come. I had some problems with the furnaces but not their fault. There only problems is a program with there partner and they come in and look for problems with the plumbing. You should be able to say I do not want to be apart of that. They do no find things immediately wrong but things that need to be addressed, for some they could be considered pushy.

Awful!  I know it is a busy time for these folks but we were  hung out to dry. Told repair person would be arriving between 4-6pm. Reminded 2x during morning to be available and confirmed we'd be home. No call until 7:30pm when we were told repairman was  on way. Job took 10 minutes tops. I didn't like the thermostat. We had Honeywell. He put in an Emerson. Told us bill was $465. I told him that's not possible and asked for a breakdown of charges. He told me he couldn't do that. It was just a flat fee for the job. I asked him to bring us a new thermostat at a later time.  And I wanted a minute to call their main number and ask why I could get an itemized total and why labor would run about $2,400/HR.

He told me I just needed to sign the paperwork so he could leave and go to bed.

Repairman smelled like a chimney. I think he smoked 10 packs of cigarettes on his drive to our home. The scent lingered. It was a horrible experience and I will never use Bob Hamilton again.

Ive also told everyone I know to stay clear.

Installation went well initially a year ago. They gave us a great deal and the warranty was second to none. I had three other offers and Bob Hamilton did everything in their power to win our business. The install was seamless and very professional. Winter went well. In the Spring when it came time for the A/C to run, we had noticed that there was a fairly high humidity in the home.. it usually hovered around 65-70%. It seemed high to me so I did contact Bob Hamilton to ask about the issue. At the time I was told it was not too bad for this part of the country (kansas city). So I went with it. Later in August/September timeframe, every register in our home was growing mold. Initially we were upset because we felt this could have been resolved back in June when I first reported the humidity issue. I contacted Bob Hamilton again and this time they came out immediately to see what was the matter. They replaced all the moldy registers in teh house, cleaned out our vents as well as they could and performed a entire home energy inspection to figure out what the problem was. They found that the pressure upstairs and the pressure downstairs were not equalized and the furnace was pulling in surrounding air in the basement. This was bad for two reasons. One it pulled in too much air too fast for the system to take the moisture out of the air before pushing it to the house. And it was sucking in carbon monoxide from our water heater and pushing it through the house as well which could be very dangerous. So they recommended to put in another return and replace some ductwork to help stabilize the situation. They came out a couple days later and did the work.. again seamless and professional and above all else, completely covered by warranty. Although I realize there is some unknown factors to an entire home install, the initial install was not perfect. And it would have been ideal to have work done back in June when I first mentioned the issue. But regardless they were very responsive and diligent to make this right and I sincerely appreciate that. It is now too cold to see if the humidity issue is indeed taken care of but they have told us to wait it out during the winter and to see how the system runs come spring/summer in 2017. If the humidity is still an issue, they will come back and hit the drawing board again until they figure out the issue. The customer service has been remarkable given the circumstances...enough so that I felt the need to share for any future customers :) Adam Schlicht

Technician was very nice - however , the call fee was $79 and to continue would have cost an additional $135 for diagnostic testing. Isnt that what you expect in a service call? So , essentially $200 + BEFORE repairs. Sorry , will not use again (pretty trucks and flashy advertising) but beware of price gouging .

Replaced defective parts, inspected unit and gave future recommendations to what the unit needed to run more efficiently. Made sure all my questions were answered and got the unit running properly. Was very honest as to what he needed to repair to get the unit running and to what I need to do to make the unit better. (More efficient)  Made sure all my questions were answered and I understood what was to be done and also what needed to be done in the future.  Someone I would diffidently use again.

The installers with Bob Hamilton were professional, courteous, and exceptionally skilled. They followed up promptly with a small issue, and the salesperson was genuine and gave us great education on how we should be using the system.

From the initial phone call to completion. Mostly hassle free, the comfort specialist didn't try to upsell a unit that we didn't need he actually pointed us in the direction of the least expensive unit very little pressure...my only problem was with the finance company. Bob Hamilton could've been like we got our money you deal with it, but Kurtis and a slew of other employees kept on with themy till they fixed the error and assured me even if Fortiva flakes they will cover the intrest we weren't supposed to be charged. Kurtis Threlkeld kept me in the loop even when he didn't know exactly what was going on...he turned an extremely frustrated customer into one that will recommend Bob Hamilton to anyone....it's easy to make a customer happy when everything goes as planned but the way Kurtis came through when a different company dropped the ball shows how much they care about their reputation.

He was just fine. He does the job and they don't have any troubles. They are always very friendly and accommodating. We were happy with the cost and results. They were just maintaining and checking it and I've been quite happy with that. They always let me know about anything that needs to be done. They were right on time. We've never had any trouble there. They were all gentlemen. I was happy with the work they did.

WARNING! This company came out to do a simple drain repair and offered a free inspection of our sewer main line. They then convinced us that they needed to repair the line immediately, and gave us a quote of 18,000$. They said that no other company in town did the sewer line repair without digging. This was a lie. They offered financing of 0% interest for 60 months. We filled out a credit application. The representative pressured us hard to have the work done the next day. We then got a second opinion. They are not the only company doing the digless repair. Digless repair is not cheaper than digging. Digging from another company was estimated at $4,200. Three days later, after making sure to cancel both the scheduled repair AND the credit application, we received a Wells Fargo credit card at a 28.99% interest rate! No zero interest payment option, opened a credit card in our names and affecting our credit report even after they told us several times it was retracted. Please avoid this company, I can't even imagine the financial damage they do to older or less savvy customers!

$1,600
Very disappointed. I was quoted $1,600 for the job. When I questioned the amount the technician spent a great deal of time explaining that he needed to run the line across the entire basement to the gas source. I suggested that he could tie into the line to the hot water heater that was 18 inches away. Again he talked in very technical language to convince me that was not possible. I went ahead and agreed to the expensive quote as my new stove was to be delivered the next day. A few months later a contractor reviewing my basrment for a build out showed me that the technician indeed taped into the line servicing the hot water heater and the line was less than 18 inches. I researched what this job should have cost and all sources were between $400 and $700. The higher price for the longer route to the gas source, if needed. I called Bob Hamilton for an explanation. It took a week of phone calls before someone agreed to come out to look at the work. Then it took another week before they admitted they overcharged me. I finally got a refund of $1,100. Bob Hamilton clearly tried to take advantage of a single, elderly woman. I will never use them again and I will share my experience with all that will listen. I believe this is company policy rather than a mistake and find this company to be unreputable.

I have their service several times a year. They do my maintenance and all that. It just seems like every time they come out it is something expensive that they believe needs to be done.

First off, this job was enormous. We got bids and chatted with multiple companies, and decided on Bob Hamilton as soon as we met them. Their bid was slightly lower than another contractor who could do the job, but we were significantly more comfortable with BH. Hunter came out and met with us to explain what needed to be done and give us options. The job took less than a week for them to complete - and that included digging a huge trench and hole to the sewer connection point! They replaced the concrete that had to be removed, got all inspections by the city completed, and left our home better than they found it. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Technician was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. Found the A coil, blower, and outside unit were very dirty. Quoted price of $1400 to clean. Found another courteous, knowledgeable technician who did the job for much much less. I will be skipping them the next time I need a/c work done.
