Very professional and friendly. Knew exactly what they were doing. Had no problem with me looking over their shoulders. Completed the take out of the old unit and new install in a timely fashion. The hole for the old fan was larger than what is needed for the updated unit. So Stuart had to get creative with how to finish the trim work. Did an excellent Job!

After being stood up for months i was called on by them . They anwsered questions thoroughly. On time for the estimate. Made the appointment for later the next week showed up early. Great job. Cleaned up afterwards. Exact amount as estimate. Highly recommend

They were professional, easy to communicate with, prompt on the job, showed pictures of before and what all their quote would include. Showed pictures after work completed , and did a few extras not even mentioned in their quote which were very helpful. Used top quality material and were so thorough and explained their work.

Well, firstly Stuart took 3 different occasions to finally show up, when he did he charged me $40 to tell me he could not do the job. Why I paid him is beyond me, that was my mistake, Stuart did not complete the task I hired him for and still took my money.
