Their Google listing says they provide online estimates. Today, I asked Sabrina for an online estimate to seal my brick chimney, but she refused. She said that an estimate would cost me $199.00 for an in-person inspection report. I had used them 3 years ago to seal my chimney, so they are familiar with my chimney. But she said they still would not provide an online estimate. They should remove their listing offering online estimates, if they are not going to provide them.

They did a good job. My only concern is that they broke my key for the gas to the fireplace but did replace it on the spot at no charge. They found a hazard in my home which could have been very harmful so I'm grateful for them uncovering this.
