Previewed work to be performed. All work was completed and great detail was given to special requests. Friendly and courteous.

Dave came out and was great.  The service was very quick and professional and worked out great for us as we were able to move in furniture later that day as the carpet was clean and dry.  Food and pet stains, odors, etc were all remediated and the carpet was left looking fantastic.
Definitely would use again.

David the person doing the work arrived on time, gave a prompt estimate of the cost of the work (which was in line with what I had personally calculated), went right to work and completed the cleaning expeditiously.  David left the carpets immaculate.  I would be pleased to have Floorworks LLC in Overland Park (and David) clean my carpets in the future.

We have used this company several times before and have always been very happy with the results.  When we heard on the radio they were offering a 40% discount in February, we jumped on it!  We prefer this cleaning method since it does not utilize a steam/water extraction method which we've found leaves residue that attracts more dirt and can result in carpet stretching.  We also try not to allow our carpet to get too dirty before using the Host system since that might require a more intensive extraction method.  You can also walk and move furniture back almost immediately after they are done.  Another fine job and one happy customer!

I contacted the company to set up a date and time to have the carpets cleaned. He gave me a price for square foot. I was told they would have time to do anything I needed to do and approved of the price given at the time of the estimate. The day before they were to come out i had to call and reschedule because we had the flu. They were very understanding and we rescheduled for the following week. The day they came out ,,they called to let me know they may be a few minutes late. But they still arrived on time. We walked over and talked about the areas that I wanted cleaned, they gave me a price which I approved and they went to work. They sprayed something on the carpets and then sprinkled a dry mixture over that. Then worked it into the carpets using a special machine. After that process was done they vacumed it all up. We walked over all the areas they cleaned and they handled anything I still had concerns about very professionally and efficiently...The rugs came out very clean looking and smelled wonderful. We have always used Stanley Steamer and on the advice of my mom who got their name from Toby Tobin and we looked them up on Angies list to see how they were rated,,,,,she used them and loved the way her carpets looked and smelled,,,, we thought we would give them a try....Loved the whole look and smell of the carpets.

What I received was exactly what I was thought it would be going into the situation.

I have now purchased my own steam vac to do it myself because our house needs it so often. I really liked them but I just don't need the service at this time.

I called at the last minute, and they quickly arranged a cleaning at my convenience. They came out and gave me an estimate, and said they would perform the services, if estimate was okay. They did complete the work, and offered to move furniture in living room. Bedroom furniture was not moved due to the weight of bed. I love the Host dry carpet cleaning method, and have used it myself by renting the machine. I much prefer Floorworks as they are much more thorough and spot treat stains while cleaning. You can then walk on your carpet within a couple of hours, and it is not wet and soggy like other wet carpet clearning methods. I am very pleased with their work and have been hearing about them on Toby Tobin's radio show for years, so I knew they were reliable.

THEY WERE ON TIME TO DO THE JOB AND WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THEY ADDED A ROOM WHEN I ASKED THEM TO WITHOUT COMPLAINING AND THEIR ESTIMATE FOR THE JOB WAS ACCURATE.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE CARPETING. THE CARPETS LOOKED ALMOST NEW WHEN THEY WERE THROUGH.
