Formerly TROOST FIREPLACE, we have been in business since 1945. We have 8 full-time employee's and an extensive showroom of burning fireplaces and barbecue grills. All our installations are performed by our full-time staff.

They were very informative about their product and other items that we asked about while in the store.  Their customer service was excellent.  They were very professional and polite and asked several times if we had any questions or concerns about the product before leaving after the installation.  While the in-store selection was limited, I would definitely purchase from this store again as their service was top of the line.

They're specialists and the service was excellent. They are the only people in the area who could come out and do the service we wanted. We wanted natural gas instead of propane. They have parts for any grill you would want.

THE SALES STAFF WAS WELL INFORMED ABOUT PRODUCTS AND WERE ABLE TO DISCUSS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRODUCTS WITHOUT PUSHING THE HIGHEST PRICE PRODUCT. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THE LOGS LOOK AND WORK GREAT.

I DIDN'T HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM. THEY EVEN TOOK AWAY THE OLD DOOR AT MY REQUEST. THE DOOR COST $485. THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE BILL WAS $400 FOR THE GAS LOGS AND INSERTS AND THE REMAINING PART FOR LABOR AND TAXES. THEY GAVE ME A BREAK ON THE INSTALLATION DUE TO HAVING TWO JOBS DONE AT ONCE.
