I am very disappointed Jeff did not show up or completed the job.

Hired this company for four small projects: major deck repair, siding repair, roof structure repair and installation of a handrail. They came to work the next week! (I had hired before for this job, and quit waiting after 4 months.) The work done looks great, the team was professional, and the team lead kept us updated on questions, options and status. Recommend highly.

Very professional and did an outstanding job! Left everything clean each day and even worked in rainy weather to complete the project.

Very good work

Jeff and his brother did great work on our new screened in porch. They had the best price and finished the work really quickly.

They were very efficient, very well organized, excellent workmanship, and they cleaned up completely when finished. I would hire them again in an instant.

Our situation was a bit different. I did not hire them to rebuild our deck as I was doing the work myself. They shortened the joists a few inches, attached the frame to the house at one corner. Replaced the vertical railing posts and framed the steps. Wonderful service and good price. The workmanship would have received 4.5 stars if that choice was available. I was expecting the stairs to be ready for treads and I had to do a fair amount of adjusting. The rest was perfect.

Mr. Fiocati provided excellent and prompt service. I only gave a 4.5 star on work quality because the steps were not ready for us to apply the composite without making several changes. They did not build our deck, just made framing adjust. so we could do the work ourselves. I'm very impressed and will definitely use them again.

We wanted an outdoor living space that would add value to the home and we could enjoy for the next several years until we sell it. Jeff and his team took our ideas, added their design and construction expertise and created an screened porch and deck that exceeded our expectations. The quality of their work is excellent and their design knowledge and ability to work as a team with their customers takes them to the next level. The work quality appears to be good, but there were a lot of communication issues regarding issues that were present at the time of the bid that turned out to be not their problem.

Jeff and his crew were great to work with. They did wood rot repair on my deck, replacing a platform, posts and repaired the rotted base on all pillars. They were on time, knew what they were doing and provided high quality work. They were courteous, cleaned up every night, and tried hard to not damage landscape and sprinklers around the work site. I would definitely hire them again.

Repaired our deck...brought our deck up to code by installing new support posts, new railings and balusters. Would definitely hire this firm again.

Jeff looked at the deck AS I DESIGNED it and built it to my design. He made modifications and improvements where he thought they should go. Great work, finished the carpentry part of the project in less than three days, lighting has yet to be installed, but will go in shortly. Did a great job, was professional and courteous. My wife and I will love this deck for years!
