Ferrellgas

I have used Ferrellgas for the past 3 years.  I have an inground tank and each time I checked my gage I smelled gas but nothing over whelming.  A week ago I checked my gas and still had the smell and called to get my tank filled.  This is the third time they would have given me a fill.  When I got home there was a notice in my back door that they had come and didn't fill my tank because they suspected a leak.  So they turned off my gas.  The only notification they left was the paper in my back door.  This meant my furance, hot water heater, and stove were off.  I happened to be out of town for a week, but my phone was forwarded and I do have e-mail.  There was not attempt to contact me directly.  When I got home Wednesady 10/2/13 I immediately called and was told that they couldn't get back to my area for 21 days.  Plus she very rudely told me that I owned th4e tank so I could call whom ever I wanted.  I was able to call Suburban Propane and they came within 24 hours.  When I called Ferrellgas on Friday - 10/4/13 t cancel my account, the person I spoke with seemed shocked that this had happened, especially when I told her that they had delivered twice before and no mention of a leak that had been going on for over three years.
