EXACTOMAN

The first time he worked for us he was great. Very poor communication but very polite and quality work. The second time he sent a text about 30 minutes prior to scheduled appointment saying he would be closer to lunchtime. He never calls and will only text but that isn’t that uncommon nowadays. Tried to reach out at 12:30 and 2:00 and Finally heard back ( text ) at 3:15 that he was still at the first appointment. It isn’t just that he was incredibly rude and didn’t have the respect to call. It was the fact that we had asked repeatedly for help picking out pumps and needed help and the emails he promised never came. Nice enough guy but I have to say uncle. Sent him to many friends too.

This was my first time to use Exactoman. He was referred to me by others who had used him satisfactorily. I had several conversations by phone with him, after he had been by my house to look at the job needed. He was good to return phone calls and answer all questions I had, and gather information I had asked for. We agreed on an installation date. We did this a week or so before the scheduled date.  On the morning he was scheduled to arrive he did not call and did not show up. Around 11 am or so I called him, and he said one of the contractors he worked for had called him and he needed to work on that job. He offered some other possible times for installation which were not satisfactory to me.   I also had been in contact with another plumber who was referred to me. At that point I mentioned  to Exactoman that there was another plumber who could do the job. It wasn't long before Exactoman called back and suddenly he was available to come to my house that day and do the installation, which I agreed to. He was apologetic about the scheduling problem., and essentially redeemed himself. He completed the job to my satisfaction. He was clean and tidy, and pleasant. He called back in a couple of days to make sure things were working as they should.

He was fantastic! Easy to work with, reasonably priced, really efficient and finished on time. I really appreciated him because he explained the job and process very well.
