I called him after being referred to his service by another contractor. He came out to the house for the estimate and I decided to hire him for the job. Shortly after, the wallpaper company called me to tell me that the wallpaper was on backorder 2-3 weeks. Eric did do some prep work for about 1 hr and 10 minutes. After completing the work, he came down and asked for $100 toward the amount that was to be paid. (Keep in mind, this was only after a mere 70 minutes of work). He was really firm with me. I felt rather threatened so I gave him the $100. He felt that since it was the end of the week, he should be paid for his work. After this experience I no longer wish to do business with him and would like my money back. I have never been treated to rudely and made to felt threatened in my home. There are now terrible gouges in the wall now which I will have to have someone else fix.
