Warning: Do Not Work with Epic Exteriors or Shawn Bellis I strongly advise against working with Epic Exteriors or its owner, Shawn Bellis. My experience with this company was deeply unprofessional and resulted in extensive, costly damage to my home. From the outset, it appears that Mr. Bellis significantly underbid the project, only to later cut corners and perform substandard work that led to severe property damage—damage that far exceeds the original value of the contracted work. When I requested his ACCORD certificate and insurance documentation, Shawn became evasive and defensive, ultimately refusing to provide the information. This is not the behavior of a reputable or trustworthy contractor. A responsible professional would have no issue providing proof of insurance or standing behind their work. Additionally, Shawn repeatedly arrived at the property without notice and worked according to his own schedule, with no communication or consideration. His lack of planning and poor execution caused substantial structural and cosmetic damage to the exterior of my home. The repairs needed to correct his crew’s mistakes and address the resulting damage are estimated to exceed $200,000. A further warning to anyone being advised by DaVinci Roofscapes that Sean Bellis is a “master installer”: Be aware that Mr. Bellis himself stated he only agreed to take on my project at a reduced rate in order to “stay in good graces” with DaVinci Roofscapes. He later admitted that he regretted accepting the job altogether. This is not the attitude of a professional who takes pride in their work—it’s a red flag that indicates a lack of accountability and poor judgment. There will be pending legal action and I urge others to think twice before hiring Epic Exteriors or Shawn Bellis. Protect yourself and your property by seeking out a contractor who operates with transparency, professionalism, and integrity.

Out of the blue, Shawn for Epic Exteriors called me again today. He said he has noticed that my gutters were full of leaves and given my current medical condition he would like to have his team clean them out. He said his crew was just wrapped by a job nearby and would like to send his crew chief to clean the gutters. Additionally, he said he would have done it himself on the previous visit but just ran out of time.

When I asked about a price, he said it was on him. I was shocked and took him up on the offer.

About an hour later two of his arrived with high power gas leaf blowers. They blew all of the leaves off the roof (I have several large trees) and out of the gutters. Additionally they blew off the porch, driveway, deck and patio to keep from have the dirt and decomposing leaves.

Kudos for the quality compassionate service.

Contrary to another review, Shawn was polite, extremely responsive and very thorough. He called the same day that I left a message. He indicated that he was in the neighborhood and could come by shortly. 
Called Epic because I had seen a yard sign at a house getting a re-roof while driving back from the doctor.
He was at my home in less than an hour.  While, I only called about the leak, he noticed the other issues that were contributing to water I was getting in the basement as well as the clogged soffit vent around the house.
To my surprise, he gave me a quote on the spot and upon agreement, he said that he could take care of the issue right then, as he had the time and rain was in the future for later in the week.
By the end of the day, all of my issues where resolved. Still waiting the next rain storm to make certain the leak is finally taken care.
I will definitely use Epic and Shawn for any future roofing needs. He also said that he can do window replacement, one of the projects I have in mind for next year.
