Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Stanley

I dropped my car off to be repaired and Enterprise picked me up. The driver was courteous and professional. I was concerned I would feel uncomfortable, but I did not.
When I got to the 'store' I was helped by a young man named David A. He was also courteous and professional. There were other staff members working there and the overall experience was pleasant.
Unfortunately, they put me in a Toyota Yaris. I drive a Kia Rio and so the insurance company's policy is to put you in a car similar to what you drive. The size of the Yaris is about where the similarities with my Rio stopped. I may drive a compact car, but it has a few bells and whistles like cruise control and it does a pretty fair job of drowning out road noise. Not so the Yaris. The Yaris had a few other issues like squeaky brakes and an awkward noise when turning the steering wheel too far.
So, I went onto the Enterprise website and sent in an inquiry email to see if I had any options. I heard from Meredith in less than 24 hours and she informed me she would contact the 'store' at 14873 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS 66223-2205 on my behalf and see if anything could be done. About 24 hours later I heard from Marcus the store manager and he asked me what my main issues were and asked me if I would like to come in and exchange the car. When I arrived after work Marcus had left for the day, but Grant was on duty. Again, extremely polite, friendly, courteous and professional service from Grant and the other staff members.
Enterprise worked hard to make sure I had a quality experience with their company and I did.
I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the Johnson or Miami county areas of Kansas.

It's a typical car rental place. You just call them up and arrange for a vehicle. Their punctuality has been fine. I would reserve a car and they have a car there so I can have it. If you need to rent a car, that's a reliable, dependable place. One of the things you have to be careful of when you are renting a car is sometimes the cars are not maintained very well, and the cars I've got from them have been consistently in a pretty good state.
