"Roof vents, unfortunately, are the most difficult and most expensive to properly clean. Before cleaning we must get in the attic to ensure the vent material meets code and can be safely cleaned, then also access the roof to manually clean the vent cover. More expensive equipment and more time is also required. We are often asked to follow up on others who fail or refuse to clean the roof cover after cleaning the rest of the vent, and as a result leave the vent clogged with little or no air flow. We make sure to verify proper vent performance at the end of the job. That's sometimes the difference between a dryer vent specialist and one who does the easier jobs as a sidelight business. (Sorry for the slow reply -- we were not notified of the review as we normally are.)"

Also, the vent within the dryer was rerouted from the rear to the side to accommodate a tight access to the vent.
