Firstly, Doug answered the phone when I called without having to leave a message and wait for a callback. This is one of the primary reasons I chose them to do the work. Then, they topped it off with being on time, had great communications while on their way, never stopped moving while working, wasting no time. It was obvious they have moved pianos before, as they took great care while wrapping it, disassembling it, and moving it.
At the end, they were extremely professional, and we are very happy with the services they provided.

First, Doug responded quickly to my inquiry.  Secondly, he understood what I wanted and that I wanted it done asap.

Third, he offered me a great price and made an appointment with me to move my furniture on the day I called him.

Fourth, he and one of his associates were on time and very courteous.  He asked for specifics on the move and followed the directions.  They wrapped the heavy bookcase to protect it during the move and performed the tasks quickly.  They unwrapped it and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it to be.

 I couldn't have asked for a more professional and courteous mover.  I highly recommend his service.

went great.  Doug called when he was 30 minutes out.  He and his crew took good care of our piano in difficult weather.  Path was icy and they laid down furniture pads along the walk way so as not to lose control of the load.

It went well received a call about 30 minutes prior to scheduled move that they were en route. They arrived on time in a truck larger than needed which made loading a breeze. Doug and Steve were easy to work with and took extra care when bringing things down the stairs. Once loaded up and at the house they were good at following directions on where to put what. As far as I can tell nothing was damage. They worked smart fast and didn't really stop until the job was done. I don't plan to move for awhile but whenever I do i will use them again.
