I called late in afternoon and had appt for first thing in morning, Melted wire found at circuit breaker fixed. Found and tightened multiple loose connections. Found and fixed the non-working "new" breaker and outlet which another electric co had installed. Replaced outlet on front porch which is believed to be cause for bathroom GFCI tripping with heavy rain. Certified electricician was Todd. He was spot-on with punctuality and professionalism. He also gave recommendations and quotes for other projects I asked about and maintenance recommendations for the age of our home. We are so glad we found Donco electric and Todd! We will use them again and highly recommend. It's comforting to us knowing that we now have a reputable company we can trust when thing like this happen.

Todd and Dustin were punctual, thorough and did exactly what I had hoped for in purchasing the inspection. Point out potential problems (and even fixed the most glaring, being the loose wire in the electrical panel) and gave an estimate of costs to remedy the problems. I could not have been more pleased with this service.

Fantastic. Replaced old glass fuse electrical panels and upgraded to 200 amp service. Promptly provided estimate and Installed within one week of estimate. Code department required a small change which was done promptly. KCP&L also required tree to be trimmed before they would reconnect and Donco helped identify tree trimmer they use that was able to work with KCP&L to trim the tree to their requirements. Every install is different and I would highly recommend having the company come out and review your situation and needs before purchasing offer of services; my home was built in 1951 and had quite a few quirks that required additional material and effort to meet code. I thought it might so I obtained the estimate first which in turn prevented any unforeseen charges (other than KCP&L's surprise). Everyone at Donco from the office personnel to the owner to the technicians were great to work with and I will definitely use them for my electrical needs.

The guys were very polite and efficient. They were able to properly diagnose my issues, provide an immediate quote for the repairs or service, and stay longer than the scheduled appointment to add services we wanted after their inspection. There was no pressure to perform the work they found; just a report and a presentation of options available for me.

Very hard to schedule for a mutually agreed-upon period of time. Settled on 2 hr block from 3-5pm on a weekday to complete the work. Vendor showed up just after 5pm. This created some complications for our evening schedule.

"This customer bought 1 hr of electrical services. It took extra time plus material. We always call customer as headed to their house, we were punctual. She signed paper work satisfactory work. She needed a new GFI & wiring. That was only problem she thought she could get all for $99."
