We found out at the end that the company had lost  some key employees and a new one was hired for our job.  A 5 day renovation took 5 1/2 weeks.  The bathroom fixtures and tub were removed before they found that the new items had not been ordered.  They did not cleanup - we had to do it all.  The work itself was average and we had to do a lot of touch up.  After it was all over, we decided we could have done it ourselves in less time, for less cost, with less frustration.  We would only  have had to hire a real plumber - the man on the job had helped on plumbing but was not a master plumber.  Bottom line - I will never use them on a job again.
