Dr. Cain did an excellent job. He did the surgery on Thursday, but he did not get it all fixed. Surgery on Friday to completely fix it. Kept my dog at his house (over night) to make sure she was ok. He has checked up on her periodically.

My dog was shot in a home burglary. My husband and son rushed him to this vet clinic (which is our primary vet). The staff and the doctor dropped everything to help our poor dog. After they assessed the situation and got him stable, they arranged for him to be transferred to an emergency specialty clinic for the bullet removal. They went above and beyond and the dog survived! Love this clinic and Dr. Cain!

The staff was friendly and great. The Dr. explained things well and was comforting that it shouldn't be anything serious and why he thought that. It seemed like a laid back office yet professional. We are new to the area and it was great to find a vet we liked right away.

We arrived on time and there was one other customer in the waiting room who had just finished their appointment. We weren't sure what they were waiting for, but the Dr. was chatting with them and us. After about 10 minutes, they finished and left and the Dr. brought us in. He performed the physical exam and gave our puppy his shots. He was very patient with the puppy, and with us, and answered all our questions well. He gave us some good informative literature but was not too pushy with food or pill brands at all. His assistant was very friendly and sweet with our puppy and they were able to perform all parts of the exam with no difficulty. When we asked about where we could pick up some of the supplies that the vet had recommended, he helped point us in the right direction and even gave us a free tooth brush without our asking.

They do both veterinarian work and boarding. They were wonderful with the animals. They let the animals roam free in the back area. They are not caged up and so they are able to interact with each other. They watch them very well. They walk them regularly. It is very comforting to leave my pet there and go away as I know they are going to be very well taken care of. They are very caring for the animals and love them. I would use them again in the future.
