Construction process seemed uneventful. Issues began 1-4 years after moved in. Generally speaking, his sub-contractors' work is below average. Re-work has had to be done in both buildings in electrical, plumbing, roofing, concrete, structure, framing, irrigation, etc., etc., etc.
