I notified the Center of my Celiac status before the class. They communicated promptly to address the issue. Chef Cody prepared a batch of GF gnocchi ahead of time 1) so he could properly advise me on adjustments the GF version needed. 2) I had the opportunity to sample the sauces with GF gnocchi. They had a special station set up for me to avoid cross contamination. I would have learned a lot without the hands-on part but am so grateful they made the experience special. Thank you!!

They have some classes that are just one night, and some are for several weeks. Their service was really informal. It was not a scary experience. I learned new techniques from them. They taught us the correct way to do things. Our class was very interactive.

It's great. I've been over there a bunch of times. I think their price is fair. We've gone there with my company for team building exercises and we kind of cooked and made a meal together so they're good for that. I've also been there for birthday parties. It's such a fun group activity to do. There are great things to do. The instructors are really good. I think they know what they are doing. There is a lot of fun. They make the classes fun. They are very informative. I think the quality of the classes is very good.

They charged about $70 per class and classes usually last a week. The experience was excellent, the children enjoyed it and the facilities were good.
