This was the second time I had used Crystal Clean Tile & Grout Restoration. I was cleaning up a home to put it on the market. The owner came in and did a fabulous job on the carpet and tile. Even the dent marks left by heavy furniture were gone. The 10 year old carpet looked like new. This company uses special equipment that extracts dirt without leaving a soapy residue in the carpet. The owner is very professional. He just comes in and does the job without messing around. He was at the job site at the time he said he would be, even a few minutes early. He is completely trustworthy.
