Crown Limo Kansas

Took the absolute worst route through heavy traffic. Drove 90 mph to compensate. Scared the heck out of us.

Awful... and this is coming from a person who's never ridden in a limousine before. The limousine they provided was an absolute beat-up old ghetto piece of crap. Besides the actual hole in the floorboard through which exhaust fumes permeated up into the backseat nearly asphyxiating my 94 year old grandma during the trip, the climate control and divider controls are apparently an unlabelled row of 8 old toggle switches... so its your best guess as to which switch does what and the driver (although courteous) wasn't helpful or knowledgeable -needless to say there wasn't any air-conditioning or fan during the return trip, which is great if you like breathing in exhaust fumes. There was torn out upholstery in the seating, at least one of the ghetto rims on the tires was missing its hubcap, Marci the dispatch was initially friendly during the sale and when alerted to these issues became defensive, belligerent, deceitful, and verbally abusive. She said she'd call me the following day to further discuss, needless to say I wasn't shocked when she didn't - but at least she did take my $300 without a problem. Do not be fooled by their slick website, the driver divulged they only have 2 limos in their fleet, and the other is similar to the POS limo they provided me. DO NOT USE THESE CHARLATANS!!! I was truly fooled by the seemingly positive score here on Angie's list - I'm baffled as to how they got such good reviews. Only positive was that they were punctual... and that my grandma didn't die.

We are so grateful for the services of Crown Limo Kansas. We have called on them to do pick ups at odd hours for houseguests and used them for our own trips. They really saved us this time though. We came back exhausted after traveling almost 24 hours with our grandson from Europe. We had been delayed getting to our next flight after going through customs so were three hours late. I called and left a message as soon as we got off the plane in the US. When I was able to get internet I saw that we had gotten a message from our driver, Jim, saying he was at the airport. I called him directly and told him our new flight. The company quickly responded, rescheduling other pickups, etc., and Jim was waiting for us when we got in. He took our carry-ons to the car while we waited for our luggage, whisked the luggage out as soon as it came, gave us some cold water and off we went. We were home within an hour of landing. Such great service!

We had the same driver both times (Charles). The service was exceptional both directions. Charles was prompt, polite, and helpful. He took exceptional care of us. We will use this service for any and all future needs.

I am a frantic traveler, I find it nerve racking. With Crown Limo Kansas, I am immediately put at ease. The driver came to pick my husband and me up. He was a few minutes early, which I love. He loaded our bags in the car and off we went. Such a pleasurable man. Then when we flew back home, our driver was at the gate to meet us. He stood with us in the baggage claim and lifted our bags for us and proceeded with them to the car. A very friendly and warm young man. A very overall pleasing experience. I highly recommend!

simple airport car service with a Lincoln Town car.  They arrived early.   I will use them again.

The driver was punctual and helpful. Requests for information were answered promptly. We plan to use this service in the future.

I have used Crown several times before and the experience is always the same:  reliable, punctual and professional.  They arrive 10 minutes early so I don't have to worry about finding an alternative at the last second.  My luggage is handled at my home and the airport both.  Cars are spotless.  Today being an exception, they always offer chilled water, which is appreciated after a long flight. I am a loyal customer.

While discussing the last minute details of my daughters wedding, it became obvious that we needed a way to get everyone in the wedding party to specific locations at the same time.  My initial contract with Crown Limo was for one hour, a trip from the church, to the location where the reception was being held.  As with most events, last minute changes in the planning and  scheduling required me to call Crown Limo and ask for an hour extension, due to a side trip being added.  The call was very enjoyable.  The staff was very easy to work with, and quickly and effortlessly updated the itinerary.  The driver was at the church, as scheduled, when the ceremony was over, and patiently stood by while we all ran around, in a state of confusion.  He transported the wedding party to a local park, where pictures were taken, and then to the reception location.  My daughter was very pleased with the demeanor of the driver.  Part of the reason for hiring a limo was to help make this day/event unforgetable.  Crown Limo lived up to their end of the bargain.
