Crown Limo Kansas

Took the absolute worst route through heavy traffic. Drove 90 mph to compensate. Scared the heck out of us.

Awful... and this is coming from a person who's never ridden in a limousine before. The limousine they provided was an absolute beat-up old ghetto piece of crap. Besides the actual hole in the floorboard through which exhaust fumes permeated up into the backseat nearly asphyxiating my 94 year old grandma during the trip, the climate control and divider controls are apparently an unlabelled row of 8 old toggle switches... so its your best guess as to which switch does what and the driver (although courteous) wasn't helpful or knowledgeable -needless to say there wasn't any air-conditioning or fan during the return trip, which is great if you like breathing in exhaust fumes. There was torn out upholstery in the seating, at least one of the ghetto rims on the tires was missing its hubcap, Marci the dispatch was initially friendly during the sale and when alerted to these issues became defensive, belligerent, deceitful, and verbally abusive. She said she'd call me the following day to further discuss, needless to say I wasn't shocked when she didn't - but at least she did take my $300 without a problem. Do not be fooled by their slick website, the driver divulged they only have 2 limos in their fleet, and the other is similar to the POS limo they provided me. DO NOT USE THESE CHARLATANS!!! I was truly fooled by the seemingly positive score here on Angie's list - I'm baffled as to how they got such good reviews. Only positive was that they were punctual... and that my grandma didn't die.

We are so grateful for the services of Crown Limo Kansas. We have called on them to do pick ups at odd hours for houseguests and used them for our own trips. They really saved us this time though. We came back exhausted after traveling almost 24 hours with our grandson from Europe. We had been delayed getting to our next flight after going through customs so were three hours late. I called and left a message as soon as we got off the plane in the US. When I was able to get internet I saw that we had gotten a message from our driver, Jim, saying he was at the airport. I called him directly and told him our new flight. The company quickly responded, rescheduling other pickups, etc., and Jim was waiting for us when we got in. He took our carry-ons to the car while we waited for our luggage, whisked the luggage out as soon as it came, gave us some cold water and off we went. We were home within an hour of landing. Such great service!

We had the same driver both times (Charles). The service was exceptional both directions. Charles was prompt, polite, and helpful. He took exceptional care of us. We will use this service for any and all future needs.

I am a frantic traveler, I find it nerve racking. With Crown Limo Kansas, I am immediately put at ease. The driver came to pick my husband and me up. He was a few minutes early, which I love. He loaded our bags in the car and off we went. Such a pleasurable man. Then when we flew back home, our driver was at the gate to meet us. He stood with us in the baggage claim and lifted our bags for us and proceeded with them to the car. A very friendly and warm young man. A very overall pleasing experience. I highly recommend!

simple airport car service with a Lincoln Town car. They arrived early. I will use them again.

Communication and setting reservation with the company was really easy and accurate. Mercy gave us all the information we need on the phone. Driver's information was sent by email one day before the reservation which is assuring. Punctual and hospitable service. Very comfortable ride in a meticulously maintained car. We never imagined how relaxing the private travel can be without hustle of parking, loading/unloading luggages, catching the shuttle, and remembering the parked location. Wonderful experience with Crown limo.

I was quite pleased with the service. Dale arrived at my home right on time, was very friendly, professional and helpful. He was driving a Lincoln Town Car Signature L series....the ultimate car (in my not-always-so-humble opinion) for the backseat passenger. Prior to my return to the US, I had an email from Crown Limo confirming that they would be picking me up and MCI airport and that I would be again seeing Dale's now-familiar face. He was there waiting for me with a smile, kept me entertained while we awaited my luggage and delivered me safely and uneventfully to my home. I do anticipate using Crown Limo again in the future

I have used Crown several times before and the experience is always the same: reliable, punctual and professional. They arrive 10 minutes early so I don't have to worry about finding an alternative at the last second. My luggage is handled at my home and the airport both. Cars are spotless. Today being an exception, they always offer chilled water, which is appreciated after a long flight. I am a loyal customer.

They were incredibly good with communications which we really appreciated. And, they were prompt and very cordial. We would use them again.

While discussing the last minute details of my daughters wedding, it became obvious that we needed a way to get everyone in the wedding party to specific locations at the same time. My initial contract with Crown Limo was for one hour, a trip from the church, to the location where the reception was being held. As with most events, last minute changes in the planning and scheduling required me to call Crown Limo and ask for an hour extension, due to a side trip being added. The call was very enjoyable. The staff was very easy to work with, and quickly and effortlessly updated the itinerary. The driver was at the church, as scheduled, when the ceremony was over, and patiently stood by while we all ran around, in a state of confusion. He transported the wedding party to a local park, where pictures were taken, and then to the reception location. My daughter was very pleased with the demeanor of the driver. Part of the reason for hiring a limo was to help make this day/event unforgetable. Crown Limo lived up to their end of the bargain.

Crown Limo was very prompt in responding to our voucher purchase and requested our travel itinerary in advance. Someone called me to go over our travel plans and make sure nothing had changed and that we understood what would happen. The day before we left on our trip, we received an email from Crown Limo that contained our pick-up time and the name and cell phone number of our driver, who was at our home early and waiting patiently for us to come out. We were out of the country for 10 days, and when we landed on the East Coast and could switch our cell phones back on, we had an email waiting for us confirming our pick-up time that evening at KCI and the name and cell phone number of our driver. It was late at night when we returned to Kansas City and even landed about 30 minutes earlier than scheduled, but our driver was there waiting for us. He helped us get our bags from the baggage claim and had chilled bottled water waiting for us once we were settled in the car. The cost was about the same as parking in the economy lot for 10 days at the airport, and we didn't have the hassle of waiting on a bus to take us to our vehicle OR the risk of parking our car at the airport while out of the country. Overall, it was a great experience! We will likely use them again!

Awesome! On time, pleasant! It was very icey in my driveway when I got home and the driver helped me into the house and waited to make sure everything was okay in the house before leaving.

TOOK ME TO THE AIRPORT WAS 25 MINUTES LATE PICKING ME UP ALMOST MISSED MY PLANE. VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL. PICKED ME UP THAT LATE AFTERNOON AT THE AIRPORT AND TALKED THE ENTIRE WAY HOME DIDN'T KNOW WHERE SHE WAS GOING MISSED OUR EXIT EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS TAKING ME BACK HOME (THE SAME PLACE SHE PICKED ME UP AT EARLY IN THE DAY!

It went great. Both drivers were prompt and friendly. I wondered if someone would be there at the airport when I returned, and they were right outside the gate to meet me. I'd use them again without any hesitation.

Pick up was on time. The driver offered bottled water which was nice. Arrived at the airport in plenty of time. Also nice to have a discount coupon which helped with the price. I liked that the gratuity was pre-paid.
