Cridder Ridder

The traps and bait were just set today so we have to wait and see if they are effective. The Cridder Ridder workmen who did the work were courteous, friendly and professional. They showed up on time and called to let us know they were on the way.

We had a bat that would hang out on our porch at night. I know they are helpful but I do not enjoy sweeping up after it every morning. My phone message was promptly returned. Suggestions were given over the phone. I appreciated that since those were free and that doesn’t happen much anymore. I did have him come out because I wanted him to check the attic, just to make sure there weren’t any up there. He came a couple days later, checked out the attic, and walked around the outside of the house to see if he could see anything. Nothing was found anywhere. It was worth it for the peace of mind. We leave the porch light on and the bat has moved on.

I called this company after the former company stood me up. I needed quick action since I was trying to sell my home. They came to the rescue and were perfectly on schedule. I was a little shocked over the price, but I also recognoze that bats are a specialty.

Cridder Ridder was amazing. They helped us with a truly disgusting problem, and went above and beyond. They were willing to come out that night, despite a very full schedule, and spent a long time to ensure that the problem had been thoroughly solved. They were even willing to get creative to make sure the job was done correctly. On top of all of that, they were friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. I thought the price for the evening on-call service was more than reasonable, and I would use them again in a heartbeat (although, of course, I hope I don't have to!).

They came out and got the little guy and relocated him. They fixed the damage to the siding that he caused and pointed area other areas of concern that I may want to fix. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

They were very friendly and professional and took care of the problem,but felt they were over priced for what needed to be done!

They did not catch it.

Cridder Ridder was on time, efficient, and humane in removing the squirrels from our attic, very professional and easy to work with. Also it only took them an hour or two and they were finished.

Great! They arrived when they said they would, were very professional, and went to work quickly.

They came and got the mole traps. Now we are through and hope to never see any again.

I noticed the odor of a dead animal in my basement but after searching could not locate it.  I called a pest control company.  The man came and searched and determined that the animal was on the other side of my foundation and the odor was coming through the cracks.  He was very helpful but it was not  work he did. The foul odor was getting worse. I found someone that I thought was coming the next day but there were complications and it looked like I might be living like that for a few more days. By this time the odor was just horrible.  I called Cridder Ridder and Matt quoted me a price and said he could come that afternoon at 3 or possibly earlier if that was alright.  It was. He arrived before 3.  My deck is only about a foot off the ground so I knew it would have to be partially dismantled and told him I knew that it was old and  that boards might break but I was prepared to risk it.  (By that time I was so desperate I might have okayed a chainsaw to whack a hole in the middle of the deck!) He patiently pried up boards without breaking anything and then discovered it was not where we thought ,but was a lot deeper.  He dug until he was able to reach it.   Fortunately he has really long arms and a really long tool to snag it from the tunnel and was soon ringing my doorbell with a big smile on  his face and a trash bag holding a dead possum  in his hand.  He put my deck back together and I was thankful the whole smelly ordeal was over. He was nice, prompt, knowledgeable, got the job done with a minimum of damage to my deck, and I would definitely recommend him.

We had 2 birds ( sparrows) in our fireplace. The chimney cap was broken that gave them access. We called Steve at Cridder Ridder and he was at our home in an hour. He was able to remove the birds but his ladder could not reach our tall chimney. He helped us find a chimney repair company. We would definitely call Steve again!

This was a squirrel nest about 25' up in the eaves of our house. There wasn't much room to work because of the in-ground pool.

He got the job done. I scared me but he was fearless!

We caught a raccoon on the second day. The traps are still in place.

Everything turned out well. He responded quickly, did a thorough inspection, and charged a reasonable price. Fortunately, he found no signs that a squirrel had infiltrated the house.

The inspector was here about 45 minutes and looked both inside and outside and was very profesional. He came across as really trying to solve the problem and not trying to sell us what we didn't need. It was obvious that he had been doing this a long time and had a lot of knowledge. We were very satisfied with the service he provided and the way he went about it.
