+ -1 moreOur experience was really excellent! Jennifer, who greeted us upon arriving was friendly, outgoing, efficient and knowledgeable. She immediately gave us a quote and the phone repair was completed in a couple of hours. After she already had rung us up, my son remembered a 10% off coupon. She gladly adjusted the bill. When she found out my 14 year old son was paying the bill, she generously offered him an OtterBox to protect his phone until he could get his own. Truly customer-focused! Fantastic experience. If we ever had a problem again with a cell phone, we would trust them!
