 + -1 moreThe title person was Jennifer, and it was like pulling teeth to get records from her, and when I did get records from her, they were wrong. I'm a financial guy so I ask all kinds of questions and she couldn't answer. So she re-did my closing documents like three times. They were very nice about fixing things.

Description of Work: Continental Title handled our recent home refinance. I choose them based on other Angie's List reviews. Everything went very smoothly. Office was easy to find and very pleasant; I was able to quickly schedule our closing on fairly short notice. Our closer was extremely organized, explained things very well, and was patient while I read every bit of the paperwork. We definitely would use Continental again.

 + -1 moreThey are awesome. I emailed Lisa late at night and she responded to me the next morning with everything I requested. Sharon also stopped by my office with goodies. I was very impressed by their professionalism by phone, email and in person. I will also be placing my business with them.
Description of Work: I inquired about their service and because of their response I will use them. They offer to the seller there is no closing fee.
