There was a rep from Apple there and he spoke "computerese" at a fast pace showing us all the capabilities of the Apple but we had to keep reminding him to bring it down a notch to layman terms and we eventually stopped asking him questions because he seemed to enjoy talking up his computer knowledge. We are not computer illiterate by any means but this guy was not a good sales rep for the general public whatsoever. We had done our homework already before going there and basically knew the basics of what we wanted so we eventually found another sales guy, got our questions answered and bought the imac.

COMP USA DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON MY COMPUTER. THEY WERE DONE WITH IT THAT DAY. ALL OF THEM WERE NICE.

THE SALESMAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. AFTER THE PURCHASE, THEY TOLD ME THE COMPUTER I CHOSE WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WOULDN'T BE THERE FOR TWO DAYS. TWO DAYS PAST, I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WAS THERE, IT WAS NOT. I HAD TO MAKE A TRIP TO THE STORE TO PICK UP THE PURCHASE.
