Colonial Gardens Apartments

Description of Work: There were no services performed, other than maintenance. The response to maintenance calls was relatively slow. A neighbor reported air coming through her windows during the winter. She was told to put a sheet over it. My mother complained of nails poking through the floor boards; she was told to cover them with a rug. I complained of a wasp nest. No one came to take care of it. A replaced toilet was wobbly. Small pieces of wood were placed beneath it, which rarely stayed in place. I complained of my front door being hard to open and close. After awhile, the lock was replaced. I still had trouble opening and closing it and sometimes had to leave it ajar while I left because I could not close it. A few weeks later, I was locked in my apartment and had to call maintenance to let me out.
