Cardinal Carpentry & Remodeling is a full-service company. I have no employees, but hire subs for different specialties. I hold a "B" license in the State of Kansas (2009-3674). Intial meeting is free, additional meetings including estimate is $75.

Replace flat roof - had to have sub come back out and re-do part of it, because they glued it to the side of the house. Looked terrible. Re-roof shed - done. Replace wood shingles as needed on house - very pleased. Replace decks - original decks were removed, but not covered up so dog could get in and out of house. This was a major issue, because we discussed multiple times. Replace bathroom windows - done. Replace bathroom vent/stack - done. Paint house - multiple coats, because it didn't appear that any of the new shingles had been primed. Paint on sidewalk, light fixtures, gutters/downspouts, fence, new decks. Spot below the deck was missed. House was painted flat, but touched up with semi gloss. Electrician - ripped us off. New outlets didn't work. Had to threaten contractor with stop payment on check to get electrician back. This is too bad. Steve seemed like a super nice guy, but seemed like there was an issue of some sort with almost every aspect of the job.
