Burnett Automotive

This is a follow up to my previous review in which I rated the service as an overall F. The following day after my review, Dillion contacted me from the Burnett Automotive. He read my review and was very apologetic and wanted to correct the situation. He informed me that the service representative that helped me was no longer with for Burnett Automotive. Dillion did not elaborate why the employee was gone, but he did admit that they had made some mistakes and wanted to correct the situation. Because he was very sincere and helpful, I decided to come back to Burnett Automotive and give them a chance to make things right. We have had good service there before, which conflicted with our previous visit. Thank you Dillion for making this right.

Dropped off my vehicle for a simple tire repair. Service writer said and quot;about an hourand quot; and offered to drive to me my work. Awesome, all good. Did not receive a phone call but had a ride so went to pick up the vehicle 2 1/2 hrs later and it hadn't been touched. Service guy stated they were busy but I did ask when I dropped it off and he said an hour. I was asked to wait again but what was the point in leaving it for 2 1/2 hrs? I guess its better if you stay. Less chance of being forgotten.

Made appointment for oil change and they got my car in immediately after arriving. Close to home depot, was able to walk over and do some shopping while waiting.

It was excellent. We have been using them for 15 years. They do practically any work we have don on our car. They are very thorough, do excellent work, quick to explain what and why they are doing it. They are not cheap. They do excellent work but you pay for it.
